Gold Coins are virtual currency for entertainment only and have no cash value. Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for prizes subject to minimums, KYC, and geographic eligibility. We may verify identity before processing redemptions.
Prize play is not available in certain states (including Washington, Idaho, and Nevada). Bypassing geo restrictions violates these Terms.
The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Win.Now is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
